Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold delegation level talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in New Delhi today. A number of agreements are expected to be signed after the talks. Both the leaders will also address CEO’s roundtable.
Mr Moon, accompanied by wife Kim Jung-sook, arrived in New Delhi on Sunday, on a four day visit to India. Mr Moon will be given a ceremonial reception at the forecourts of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Modi and Korean President Moon jointly inaugurated the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturing plant set up by Samsung in Noida.
Addressing the gathering Mr Modi said over the last 4 years, the number of mobile factories have jumped from 2 to 120, which has lead to employment opportunities for nearly 4 lakh youth.
